Nolin

I have made alot of New fishing freinds since going Green on the water.I have aways liked too catch the whites on the jump at Nolin.Some of my new freinds do fish and i would like too hit the jumps so we all can have a blast getting pulled around by a fish.Lake is near sumer pool now.I just got back from Sumerset so if anyone can let me know if they are jumping let me know.Thanks Now here is what i seen in Waitsboro. Stripers being caught. Heard of walleye being caught at night.

I fished sat. From 12:00 til about 5:00, and sun. From 1:00 til around 5:00,
have'nt seen any jumps yet, i've seen some isolated surface activity, so it makes me think they should start in about 7-10 days.... Tr

I have heard that the shad are popping everywhere...and the lake is down to summer pool....so it should be real soon!

Thanks guys,i want too stay close too the Redneck yacht club by the dam.Heck i will look like a Redneck in my Coosa(lol)Thats closer too home and i have seen that part of the lake on fire with jumps.

Have my Dad flying in to visit the next four days...I am going to take him up there to Nolin and pray that we luck into the beginning of the jumps. I want him to witness it for himself as it was the only thing I talked about to him on the phone last year! LOL! You have to see it to believe it!

I guess you might be right Big T...looks like I will make it down for the jumps. First day of fishing will be the 18th. I did a little more research, apparently the dock for my cabin is right across from the ramp at the state park. Looks pretty centrally located on the lake.
