need ramp report for Monroe

What ramps are open and what roads to those ramps are open.

I think that nearly all are open now. Pine Grove road might still be under water, but I'm not sure.

Last I heard the main ramp at Cutright is still underwater but the high water ramp is fine. I would also assume that the road across the back of Moore's Creek is underwater.
