The company I work for (www.luckett-farley.com) has recieved the Best Places to Work in Kentucky Award for three years in a row now. Definitely non-union.

In order to recieve such an award there are survey's online to fill out by all employee's, completely private, no one has access to it accept the person filling out the survey and the people performing the survey's. There is no way for an employer to find out who wrote what. So people can let it go as much as they want too without facing any consequences.

I've participated in two survey's now...one where I used to work at prior to June, 2009 and here where I work now. When I took that first survey I knew for certain that if everyone answered honestly that there would be no way in hell that company would recieve such an award....then I took the survey here at this place I work at now, once again, answered honestly....the rest is history.
