Port Oliver Ramp

Heard this AM that the Corp had opened the Port Oliver Ramp on Barren. Anyone know if this is official?

Drove down there Sunday afternoon late and there was thirty to fifty autos and trailers in the parking area. Kids were playing in the playground so it was getting plenty of use. Part of the road to circle down to the ramp was blocked off due to the water levels being high, but people were launching boats.
