    Well, I did it again.

Went fishing with Knute (the heathen) this morning and we launched from Duffy's Landing. Boat wouldn't come off the trailer.......I forgot to remove the transom straps. At least I remembered the drain plug.

The weather was nice and cool until about noon and then it started to get a little hot.

I caught 2 and Knute caught one. All channels, "nice eatin' size".

I don't know the names of the islands, but we were at the island up river (about 6 miles) from the grainery.

It was a nice day to sit in a boat, talk with a friend, smoke a cigar, and catch a few fish.

KVDrum is coming back to the river! Thiose old freshwater drum are not safe with Doug around; neither is anyone's sense of smell within a 35 mile radius for that matter.
