I'm having a hard time understanding people.

My boss told me 4 times this week he expected people to be on time for work. I've been in 20 miuntes early each day, and he comes in 45 minutes late each day. Do I need to he later, or just earlier than his late?

My sister called me to say she thinks my 83 year old mom is having trouble with memory. In a one hour conversation, she told me this 9 times, each time starting with, "I just wanted you to be aware". Did she think I forgot wht she said, or is this a sign my sister can't remember what my mom is doing?

My boss says he wants to go fishing with me one weekend. I told him that sounded great. He's asked me to work the passed 7 weekends in a row since he asked to go along. Today, he asked me why he hadn't been invited.

A cop pulled me over and "asked me" if my taillight was burned out. I said "Not that I know of, but weren't you just behind me?". He smiled, and just walked away. I was afraid to pull out until he left.

If an electric car costs twice as much to buy, but saves 100% in fuel, and then causes me to work overtime most weekends to pay for it, how did I save any money?

Does this have something to do with the weather, or have I just become senile?
