Well, as you can imagine, it was HOT! Just my luck we get up there for three days that they set record highs...but at least we were fishing. The SM fishing was slow to say the least, but oddly enough the bite wasn't first thing in the am or right before dark...the action came during the heat of the day. They were in 4-10 feet of water and we caught most on drop shots and spinnerbaits. Our boat of three guys caught a little over 25 the fist day, well over 40 the second day, and maybe 15 the third day...not great numbers, but it was fun none the less. Hope to go earlier in June next year to try to beat the heat!!
