Read Dave's report he writes them every week and compiles info up to the day he reports. I have caught them in as little as 5ft and out to as deep as 26 foot. Word to the wise SLOW SLOW SLOW presentations are producing more numbers. And on both lakes mind you.Coming down with 5 friends on aug 12-14 to do some bass fishing . had a freaky good day last saturday on Barkley... was in a shallow cove near Eddyville, waded in 3-4ft of water it was hot but i could not keep them off the line... i was fly fishing, small wooly bugger/crawfish type pattern, slow retreive... must have been in the right place at the right time... caught lot's of Largemouth over the slot limit and a monster 8lbs-er, big smallies, a couple of stripers and 2 big catfish... best day fishing ever, and i have been at this awhile... definitely look forward to going back... not sure if you can get a boat back in there, lots of sunken trees and rocks...
watch your tva reports--the more current the better
This is the week anyone have any fresh reports from this weekend from either of the lakes?
Smoked them this past weekend. Ky lake was the place to be fri evening from 6 pm till 11am sat morning. caught close to 100 between 4 of us. (in one boat) anything from Big worms to jigs to spinnerbaits. crankbaits. it was all working. Then on sat night into sunday morning. seemed the weather slowed them down. They was on fire.......
Thanks for the info guys we had a blast...
