Looking to spend the day and possibly camp a night or two before time for school to start. Some very unserious fishing but would be nice to catch a few.
Any recommendations?

We're doing an overnite canoe trip through Mammoth Cave Park the weekend of the 13th. Your welcome to join in as the more the merrier. Fishing is up and down on the this streach of the Green River. We always catch something. Don't worry about the heat as a cold brew and the cool waters of the Green are a great way to beat the heat.
Thanks for the info MHALL, saved me some gas money.
Coombro, i've made that trip many times and will again soon. I know that is the best place to be but it's really not family friendly, or i should say when i take it. You really should keep those kind of places to yourself!
I think it's between Green and Dale.
Yeah you right guess I didn't read your post as this is defiantly not a family oriented trip. You know what happens on the river stays on the river kinda thing. Thanks for the info MHALL, saved me some gas money.
