Recently purchased a pontoon off Lake Cumberland. It came with the down riggers along with a well made aluminum frame these all come with bases 2 are white cannons 2 are unitrol all have weights brand new with price tag attached weights. System was brand new.... i dont have a clue as to what I have, they are all manual cranks.
