Yatesville Lake

Going to go fish Yatesville Lake in a couple of weeks...Never been there...wondering if anybody has any info about it. Areas to fish, what to use, etc......Thanks for any info given.

call606-686-3350 and ask for danny .he runs the tackle shop close to the marina .he fishes and he hears whats going on with all the fishing tournaments at the lake. he can tell u what people are catching fish on and the depth ,whether shallow or deep, main lake or up the creeks .

Put in up the river, Rich Creek ramp. Stay in Rich Creek and fish the area with plastics, CB and topwater early and late. Fish the mouth of Rich Creek on main points. If this area doesnt produce I would fish Little Blaine all the way up and work my way back, fish the west bank and the banks where the creek channel is close to bank.
