Carnico report!

I went and took my boat out for the first time this year today fished here and there but no bites water was 50 degrees and had a slight green tint

I was out there saturday crappie fishing... there seemed to be a lot of fish hanging in the 20 to 35 foot level but I wasn't able to find many fish much shallower than that... I did manage to catch 6 or 8 crappie in the 20 to 30 foot range but they were small, 6 to 7 inches, but it was a great day just to get out for a while... This is going to be a great week for us retired fellas... We might not catch a boat load of fish but the weather is gona' be fantastic.
