Kendall Marshall broken wrist for UNC

UNC's starting point guard and the straw that stirs the drink for the Tar Heels has a broken left wrist. HUGE blow for the Heels. Marshall led the NCAA in assist to turnover ratio and was playing his best ball of the season. Going to be tough for Carolina to even make it to New Orleans much less win the title.

Actually it's a broken right wrist, and they're saying he'll probably be suiting up next weekend...I don't see him being nearly as effective, but they really need somebody to handle the ball...Without him I guess they're down to the white kid that got a little PT in their last game...It's a major blow for them for sure....I hate to see it, because now if they lose, all you'll hear are excuses, and even more, he was having one heck of a season...I hated to see Cuse lose Melo and I hate to see this....It's nice to see all the powerhouses playing with a full roster

Well my bracket is shot. I had UNC winning it all. Since I also had them beating Michigan St. in the final game and now hope Michigan St. doesn't make it past the Sweet 16, oh well! Perhaps I should concede!
