Planning on going in the morning to Guist. I love this lake and have been going there for about 7 years now. I hear all the time there are nice LM in there, however I have to see one. More times than not I lannd a big goose egg when I venture out there. Ill usually catch about a 5-6 incher and thats about it. I know Im not the best fisherman (yet) but this lake has my number. Does anyone have any advice they can give about this lake?

While im at it, I must ask about the hybrids on the lake. I recently purchased 2 downriggers and was going to try and learn how to use them after I do some LM fishing. I guess my question is can the hybrids be caught this time of year? Im completely knew to this other than a trip to Barren with my cousins last year and they got me hooked. This will be first time trying the DR by myself. Ill be sure to give lake reports and results of how I do on anything. Thanks and happy fishing!!
