2nd Annual Free Tournament

The Breckinridge County Christian Men's Fellowship Association will be hosting it's Second Annual Free Tournament on Rough River Lake May 12, 2012. I have attached a copy of the flyer and rules. Last year we had 48 boats even though it flooded us out in May and we had to have an alternate date in Sept. We hope to have near 100 this year. Once again we will guarantee 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with optional side pot of $60 for 4th through 10th and Big Fish. Sherbert Vanmeter with Renegade Marine/ Renegade Bass Tournaments will serve as Tournament Director. Please remember: ALL CONTESTANTS MUST ATTEND THE PRE-TOURNAMENT MEETING. NO EXCEPTIONS. Hope to see you there May 11 and 12.

It took a little over 17 to win it, there was a lot of fish caught and was a great day to be on the water. I am almost betting there was 153 fish caught those who attended the meeting will know what I am talking about.

Richard did a great job in getting this done, for those of you who missed it, you missed a good tournament, hopefully you can attend it next year. The meal was just as good as the fishing was. Richard good job look forward to fishing it next year.

my partner didnt get off work until 6 pm . I think more boats would have been there if the pre meeting was bumped up to 7 pm . Thats the only reason i couldnt make it . Going to try to make the next one . Sounds like it was a good day . Scott

winning and 5+ lb. was Big Fish.

We will be deciding what to do about the tournament for next year in the near future. With the lack of participation I'm not sure we will have it again. We only had 33 boats fish. I can't understand why only 33 boats would show up to fish for free for guatanteed $3500 in prize money.

change the meeting time back some. i know several fisherman who said they could fish if the meeting started at 6:30 or 7
