There was a big discussion about this on bassboatcentral and everybody said they sent tons of emails and made tons of phone calls before they ever heard anything back

my partner and i have been using carrot stik spinning rods for a couple of years and havent had any problems, we've caught everything from cats to stripers to spots etc etc with zero problems.
now all of a sudden we've had THREE break in less than a month, TWO in TWO DAYS!!!!!
all 3 rods broke on the cast....not the hookset as has been reported to happen in the past.
now the part that makes me mad is i cant even get a contact number that actually has a person to talk to.....and they wont return my call.
the customer service mgr at cabelas tried to contact them and hasnt heard anything yet either. she also said there was a $35 replacement fee, i dont want my money back or anything, but i sure aint givin em no more of mine either !!!!
anybody know how i can get in touch with these folks ???
thanks in advance

Maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit. I have three of those durned things. None are broken yet, but that can be fixed. I am getting kinda partial to the Verdict rods now anyways.
im trying to exhaust all peaceful means of contact.....if i ever do find out who/where they are it would be a shame if a seagull accidentally dropped a skipjack in their AC intake vent on a hot day
p.s im not commenting on the verdict....i have 2 and dont want to jinx them![]()
Shew man I don't were to start with this company. There called e21 and they have a corner office SPACE in canada they made those nano fiber rods and won a bunch of awards for it but the rods were never put into production for the public and the rod you have is a cheep glass rod painted orange.. At one time there warrenty department was a house address behind a school the house had a white picket fince around it and the mail box number was right the right one ..You could see it if you went to google typed in the address for warrenty returns and went to street view.. It has been some years since i looked into them and it seems that there web page is gone and now they have a face book page with this adrress for warrenty 200 Queens Quay East Unit 1, Toronto, ON M5A 4K9 Canada ... If you google this adress they are on the corner bonneycastle and queens quay. I hope this helps and if it was me I would toss it in the trash and buy somthing else..
I added this from there face book page for you.

When Element 21 decided to enter the tackle industry, we knew that we wanted to offer something more than yet another fishing rod. We wanted to bring our expertise in new material design and fabrication, to re-invent and improve to standards currently accepted by the industry. And we are pleased to say that, to that end, we have been successful!
Elements 21’s Carrot Stix represents the latest in cutting edge technology, using a
newly developed proprietary method of integrating Nano level Cellulose Bio-Fibers into the blank.

Ah! Element 21!! Is the same company (Element 21) who scammed the golf industry with the "scandium golf club"? (scandium is element 21 on the P table)Shew man I don't were to start with this company. I had a tip break on a brand new wild rod last year, I had used the rod once...I ended up emailing them and they had me send in a piece of the rod...they sent me a brand new one for the 40 bucks...I can't remember the address so guess that won't be much help but i do know they responded to my emails about the rod
