    I can't believe this, but it's true.

hope this don't mess up a big weekend cookout for anyone, but I didn't know this was going on. I find this hard to believe. http://articles.cnn.com/1997-08-23/u...-feed?_s=PM:US

Sounds nasty but won't sway my eating habits one bit. Hamburger with Pink Slime, steak with chicken poop and fish with mercury!!! Plus steroids in the feed!! Yum yum!

All the more reason to make sure your burgers are cooked right. Or grind your own meat.

I have hear about this before. It really surprises me it is allowed, common sense should tell us that feeding crap and ground up dead animals to our food supply is probably not the wisest thing. I love my meat and not going to stop eating it. We do try and buy only meat that states how the cattle were raised and fed. However you have got to believe that if you eat a burger at any fast food joint, or in many restaurants you are likely going to be eating this type of beef.
