If you're already out at Waverly, then Tom Wallace isn't too far away, and it's a lot nicer, anyway.

have been catching bluegill at Waverly Park for bait, but the lake is getting all kinds of weed growth on top getting harder and harder to get a bunch of them. Anyone know an area close to the southend to catch a bunch of gills

thanks forgot about that one. a friend said to hit the creek off greenbelt but man I hate all that traffic and the cars doing 60 mph zipping by you
Waterson park and the ditch off green belt. There is a part of the ditch on the corner of greenwood and green belt that is fun. I catch smallies and largemouth along with alot of bluegill. But i can catch my limit on bait sized bluegill at waverly in 30 minutes. Thats is your best bet honestly.
have been hitting waverly but was there the other day and fishing is really getting hard there with all the grass
