$7 entry (allows access to the swap meet and is good for 1 box seat to the Hot Rods game that evening at 7:05 PM)

My name is Derek, and I recently started working for the Hot Rods. I have been an avid hunter and fisher for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to run an event that not only I could enjoy but others with the same hobbies can also benefit from. This SWAP meet will be held on a Saturday afternoon (August 18th) and will have anything outdoors including: fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, kayaking... etc. If you are interested in purchasing a table to sell your new/used goods, the more the marrier. We are renting out 6 foot table for $21 a piece. For each table purchased we will give you 2 Hot Rods tickets to that evenings game as well. We are also pushing people to go to as many tables as possible to ensure traffic by giving them a card that they have to get signed by 20 or more different vendors in order to be considered for the grand prize. There are also other promotional opportunities that we can discuss if you are interested in continuing to show off your inventory/cause throughout the evening's game.

The Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation will also be present supplying prizes throughout the event as well as auctioning off the grand prize. The money that they raise from this auction will go back to their scholarship fund where they raise money for children in this area.
