It starts, runs and idles well. The gears shift smoothly and the water pump is working though I would change the impeller since I don't know how long it has been since that was done.

I would consider a trade for a clean nice running 3 - 4 horsepower outboard. I would consider a Johnson or Evinrude the best trade candidates. Boot could go either way depending on what you have to trade.
