Does anyone know of a good spot for somebody to fly fish for crappie? I live in Lexington and just started fly fishing this past summer. So kind of trying to find some where close to Lexington.

north of lexington on I-75 about 10 miles and get off at the Georgetown exit, at top of off ramp make a left. go about 1/4 mile and you will come to a good size creek. on the right before you cross the creek, there is a parking lot beside the creek and you can fish there. I know a guy that told me it was a good crappie place. hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I know exactly where you are talking about. I actually grew up in Georgetown. You are talking about Elkhorn Creek at Oser Landing.
