Just sitting around and thinking bout the next couple of months. Could do a little fall bass fishing here in KY/Tn, and sure would miss that "smallmouth bobber action". BUT YOU KNOW WHAT'S I'M A THINKING....
Hook up the camper and follow the fishes and the sun for a couple/maybe three months. No decision yet, but heavy on me mind.
So, given the opportunity to hook up and pull out for points south by south west, where would you suggest I spent the next 1-3 months? Now give this some serious thought!!!
PS, don't have, but could get me passport updated!

Thanks Tyme, thinking the same. Got some good friends in Alabama , but what about points west or south by south west. Got's plenty of TIME(Tyme) !
I've never really traveled much west of the Mississippi. My daughter and her family live in Arkansas and that's about as far west as I go.
I bet you could still catch em pretty good in the grass at guntersville........if not there....ochechobee....
Yea baby............
Or better yet.......Falcon, just stay clear of the crazy mexican drug runners.......
Later,

Heck with going south! Bundle up and fill your freezer with sauger!
Take a trip to Venice Louisiana. Try redfish and speckled trout for a few days and there is still plenty of freshwater there too. It is the greatest fishing I have ever experienced.
If I had the time and money I would probably look at some of the Texas lakes.
Thanks guys, keep em coming. Basically, the South East Quad is open for consideration; Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. Now, any help on specific lakes or streams?
Currently trying to sort out the gear, but thinking a couple of fly rods (5 and 7 weight), 2 spinners and my trusty bait caster.
No doubt, Farm 13/Stick Marsh in Indian River County, Fl. If you get tired of bass catching at Farm 13/Stick Marsh, Sebastian Inlet is closeby, some very good salt water fishing there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4m0mslnQe4
