    Judge Sentences Teenager To Church

He knew it was not legal, but did it anyway. Thoughts?

Not an all together bad idea. I think a little church could do alot of folks some good, me included sometimes.

Religion's basic foundation is based on doing the right things and being a good person. This foundation is a sound one and I wish more would think about right from wrong using basic moral values before acting on stupid thoughts.

Good intensions, nice try, but I don't think this is going to change this kid. You have to accept Christ willingly. The kid may go through the motions. If the judge sentenced his parents along with him maybe then???

Like the imbezeller that gets caught and is on the news suddenly has a conversion, it has to be real.

We will hope that he does find Christ in his lifetime, but I don't think he can be sentenced to the good life.

Commendable but misdirected ruling. Churches are full of posers why add another? Prosecute within the boundaries of the law and move on.
