There's no reason to be offended by people saying "Happy Holidays," it's not any dig against Christmas. Do people complain when you say "Merry Christmas?" I certainly don't, even though I'm not a Christian. It's somebody wishing me happiness and joy, and I appreciate that, whether or not I share their beliefs. And that's what people are doing when they say "Happy Holidays," too. This whole "war on Christmas" thing exists only in people's imaginations.
