    Nolin or rough river tailwater this weekend?

    Thinking of trying one of these lakes tailwaters this weekend and was wondering if they are fishable right now, from the bank. Going to bring a flyrod i got for xmas, and some of my other gear, so would love to know if i should even bother heading down there?
