Friends of ours lost their 22 year old daughter

Some friends of ours that we don't see very often lost their 22 year old daughter. She was a classmate of my daughter which is the exact same age. If it happened to me, I guess just shoot me in the head fellas, cause I would be done.

My heart is broke for them and now all the trivial dumb stuff in life like football and whatever means pretty much nothing. I can not even imagine.

    God speed to all involved..

Same here man it would absolutely cripple me. That is a reality check that makes you want to hug and kiss your loved ones, sadly that time is over for them. May God guide them through this awful event.

OMG, that has to be the absolute worst thing that can happen to a parent. I don't think I could handle losing one of my children. I'm so sorry for your friends and they are going to need a lot of prayer to make it through this tragedy. This is the kind of thing that we can never find the right words to say that will bring comfort to the parents.

Just yesterday I was talking to a friend who is in the hospital from a heart attack. She said that her stomach suddenly started hurting and within a few minutes she collapsed on the sofa with the heart attack. She had never had any heart problems. Her words to me were, "You can be here one minute and gone the next. Live your life to the fullest and love your family as if there is no tomorrow." During Christmas holidays, my first cousin's wife was doing some housework and dropped to the floor. The ambulance service is about 3/4 mile from their house and they came quickly. Her heart monitor flat lined but they got her heart started again; she is in the same hospital as my friend. That is two people that are my best friends and it has really upset me.

I had a young cousin who was about the same age that died earlier this year in a car crash, my aunt & uncle were devastated.

It is always sad when a loved one dies, but with children it is just so much harder to deal with. Parents should not have to wonder about what kind of life they would have led, who they would have married, and what their grandchildren might have been like. It is just terribly sad.

I am very sorry to read this, I will pray for you friends.
