Is the ramp at Nolin State Park near Briar Creek easy to get in and out during winter pool? I have only been there once, but never this time of the year and I'm considering going and wanted to make sure it was safe for one person to put in alone.
Thanks in advance

Probably no courtesy dock though.
You would need to beach close to where the dock is. As stated, it won't be in the water unless the water is up much higher than normal this time of year. There is a lot of red clay between the ramp and where you would beach so expect dirty shoes if it's wet out. There are also some large boulders that could be just under the surface if the water level is right so approach slowly.
Thanks everybody for your advice. I don't mind not having a dock, or the mud, just want to not end up dropping the trailer off the end of the ramp, but it sounds like it is good to go.
Duayne, thanks for warning me about the rocks, I'll keep an eye out for them as well.
Now hopefully I can work out a day to go, and where the weather will cooperate.
Thanks again!
