So, I'm home from work sick today, praying to the porcelain gods...which already *****...and the only thing on TV is the media slobbering all over Barack Obama for Inauguration Day. As if I wasn't already nauseous enough!

Did you all know that Barack is the first African American President? I've only heard that 437 times today.

AND, is it just me, or are the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on Inauguration "festivities" every 4 years the biggest waste of money on the planet? Good grief...

The YOUNG have bought into the drivel being sold by the left. WE are changing and changing towards the destruction of the very liberties that created this great country.

I have seen more pictures of 20 something folks than anything else today. THOSE kids have no idea of the change that we're seeing. They are not smart enough to understand the ramifications of giving Obama the power he how wields.

I sure hope the destruction is not so bad that SMART, non radicalized conservatives cannot UNDO it.

I only hope that we can accomplish something over the next 4 years, but if the debt ceiling and the Executive Orders on gun control are any example of the things to come..........I doubt anything constructive will ever come from this administration.

I'm with you. I just don't see how what he says will guide us toward prosperity. It's easy to promise people money/fairness/equality but at some point you have to take more from me and give it to the others. That isn't a good recipe for prosperity...look at Europe.
His rhetoric is a quick step toward being popular and cool with the ignorant/young but what happens in the long run??? Just about everything he talks about ends up being something that he will control (he being gubment).
At what point do they stop promising the world?? Once the gubment goons get a program going it hardly ever stops but people are all for it. I really don't get it.
