Filth, neglect at British hospital fuel uproar - Vitals
I sure can't wait.

What stood out to me is that the problems were blamed on cost cutting efforts. When I hear of that I think of red tape junk from people who are disconnected from the results of their decisions. That's the part about gubment t anything that bothers me. People making decisions who do not have any skin in the game. I'm sorry folks but that never works. If you don't set foot in a business or have direct interaction with the business at hand things get missed, blame gets pushed around and eventually no one cares because when you do speak up you get dismissed as a troublemaker.
This went on for 4 years??? What???? That should scare the junk out of everyone
