New to fishing central indiana

I'm new to fishing, having only been a handful of times, but enjoyed it. I don't have any friends or family that fish, so I'm wondering if there is anyone willing to show me.
I know I can learn on my own, but if someone can show me firsthand what works and what doesn't, it would be a lot quicker than trial and error by myself.

I can go half on any costs.
