POUNDED the fish at KY lake

Man, still down here and thinking about if I should fish tomorrow or not. We simply put the wood to the fish today.

55 total on North Barkley using tubes. Find shallow windswept flats, and hold on.

HAD some serious size today too.......5.8, 3.4, 3.2, and a few 2.5;s. Had about 20 or 30 that would have kept......LEGIT.

    FUN, FUN.......

    Geo

We decided to leave and come home today early. The guys I was with are from Indy and needed to be back by six, meaning we leave the water by 10.....seemed prudent to leave on a very HIGH note.

AND a huge bonus.....I was supposed to go see the inlaws this next weekend, but that was cancelled. I asked my wife if I could go to KY lake again........she said yeppers......so I'm headed down next weekend, the weekend after, AND the weekend after............4 weekends in a row.

Man, I really need to move down there.

    Yea BABY.

Wish we could have found those fish . We ended up with 50 fish over 2.5 days. Most of the fish were small. We fished KY lake the whole time. Managed to loose a 5-6lber the first day, another 4lber, and another large fish unseen. The large fish came on jerkbaits all of the same point that was just off of the main lake.

Like you George we could not find the rattle trap bite. All of our fish came off of the Jerkbait, Shakey Head, or C-rig.

Good luck to you if you stay longer.

That front will ****......but we should still find some fish.........I think the fish that have moved back will stay back.......

They might have lock jaw, and you may have to throw a crowbar at them though
