I know that the subject has been discussed here before. Some legislation regulating Drone flights in Kentucky has been introduced. It would exempt Drone flights for military training and police when a search warrant has been issued. The link below has the information I read.

PBR had a good show on this. Drones come in many many sizes. The FFA is looking at flight patterns for larger un manned aircraft.The privacy issue could get dicey. What rights do private property owners have over thier airspace? Can you shoot down a nosy neighbors "spy plane"?
