Willow Lake in Anchorage

Has anyone every tried out Willow Lake in the big trail park in Anchorage, KY? I've taken my boys on the walking trail that runs past the lake and considered taking them some time. It has fairly poor bank access I think, aside from a few docks with high railings. But it might turn out to be a hidden gem. Might take them this weekend. Just wanted some insights. Thanks.

I have looked at that lake admiringly every time I have driven past it. However, I have assumed that it is all private property.
