good spots on Ohio river near fort knox?

Hi, is there any good spots near fort knox or muldraugh to catch big fish besides big catfish (still fish for cats but i like o catch all kinds)? I would love to find a great spot on the ohio that doesn't smell bad in muldraugh.

    thanks in advance!

Otter Creek Park on Route 1638, outside Muldraugh. Go thru the park down to the water front and set up and fish from the old boat ramp. Easy access. In May or early June, with live shad, or shiners, you can catch some Stripers there.

Brandenburg City Park. Just as you come down the hill to the water front, park in the first lot, and walk down to the area facing south on the river. Fis from the old boat ramp there. Again, same May or June you can catch Stripers there, especially at night if the shad are up on the surface and swirling. Top water lures.. Sppoks and Redfins work.

PS: Muldraugh doesn't smell.....it's the DQ.

Thanks for the help I haven't been out to otter creek so ima give that a try!! Hahaha well Muldraugh doesn't stink but i fished on ohio river in west point (thinks thats still muldraugh?) on this huge beach and it smelled like poop and then i seen drains from the houses over looking the lake draining into the water that was giving the poop smell (eww)...shame cause its a good spot, seen lots of big splashes there and friend had 60 pound braid snap from fish few times.

    Thanks again!!
