Fishing creek/burnside area

Thinking about heading down to LC one of the next 2 weekends. Will have access to a boat and wanted to fish around burnside. I was thinking about bottom bouncing for walleye or finding a good spot up fishing creek or the river and throwing out some shad/nightcrawlers for some smallmouth or striper. Anyone have any suggestions or advice? Haven't seen the lake since last fall and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Keep an open mind. You won't recognize what you remember from last fall. Also the lake may change 3-4 more times in the next two weeks.
