Barren or Nolin

Taking my son fishing Friday. Was wondering which lake would be better for catching some bluegill.

I fished nolin for gills last weekend. They were hard to find, found everything I caught around rock fished 1 foot to 1 and a half foot deep. 320z jig tipped with wax worm under a float. Caught bass on the rocks also. We were by Moutdedeer or however you spell that. They were quality fish.
