    What's going on....

    I went to the boat ramp across from the hydros in Clarksville the other day and found this pile of fish there when I got there. Do you know why someone just caught them and cut them open and left them there??? Pointless to me but there was a bunch of dead fish on boat ramp area skip jack shad and striper
