Good luck is all I'm saying. I have fished some with no problems & fished others that I got screamed & cussed at. I am talking marina's. The creeks I have had no problems at all.

Anyone know of a KRS or regulation that prohibits you from fishing marinas and creeks on or connected to the Ohio? I talked to regulatory at the Corps and they said they own the land under but not the water. That I could fish wherever I wanted to as long as I did not tie to their docks.

You can't fish the marinas in Harrods creek on the upper gauge of the river in Louisville which is BS. A limit is very easy to come by in captains quarters. My first bass on a artificial bait came from there. 😔
Who says you can't fish those areas?
I'm pretty sure the mouths of the marina have a no fishing past this point sign. Bad apples ruined it for us throwing baits up against high dollar yachts.
You can fish them legally. They will tell you, you can't and my get a ticket. It will get thrown out of court. I Google who owns the waters or who owns the rivers. If it is a navigable water you can fish it. The old rock quarry on the IN side is illegal to fish.
Just curious.... if its legal to fish there then who would give you the ticket? I'm curious because I would love to fish captains quarters in Harrods creek again.
That is my point, the Corp told me even if it has been dug out that they may lease or own the ground under but have no say about the water in the areas.
LMPD or fish n game.
They wright you for Criminal trespass in the 3rd degree.
