    KDF&W Trout Stocking

For the past 2 months a buddy and I have gone to Casey Creek in Trigg county on the posted date of the trout stocking and 2 months in a row there have not been any fish to be seen. I have been going to this creek on the posted date for years now. I was just wondering if any of you in other counties have had this happen. The water has been a little high but I have seen them dump when it was higher. I have tried to contact the KDF&W by email and phone. I have yet to be able to talk to anyone there but a receptionist who forwards me to someone's voice mail and no replies on the email. We have to drive several miles to get to this stream as we live in a different county. It would seem that in this day and age of technology that something could be posted to alert permit paying fishermen of changes to the schedule.
