Did anyone fish Barren this past weekend? What's going on down there? I haven't been in a couple of weeks but then it looked like fish were moving down to about the 15FT range. Any insight would be great!

a lot of fish but most were slot but did manage 4 keepers one was 4.5 we had 12 lbs 16 won. We had best luck on mainlake pts which everyone else was fishing as well. Had my best luck on oops jig and brush hogs

Was out there saturday as well practicing for a tourny this weekend. Didnt develop a real pattern but our best 5 were 20-21lbs. Caught one here and one there. Lost a pig that morning that wouldve put us up at 23-24lbs. Every point on that lake is getting beat to death, look for subtle changes that others would overlook. Dont get discouraged if you catch a few and some idiot pulls right up next to you and starts fishing. It happened to us, twice

I was down there from Fri-Sun and did burn the biggens up but did catch a lot of 14-14.5" fish. They were the wildest fish I have caught in a long time. They were like Smallies on speed. They just would not give up even when in the boat. Me and the wife had a blast!
