    Ky River Bank Fishing

Are there any good bank fishing areas on the Ky River that are open to the public? Close to Owen County

There is an access guide that is put out every so often showing places where the public can access the various streams/rivers in Kentucky. You might check with KDFWR.

Yeah you can fish below the lock and dam #2 in Lockport . It is right across the river from Gratz in Henry county. there is a lot of area to fish down there. Just take hwy 355 to hwy 22 across the new bridge over the river and take a left after you cross the bridge. It is a couple miles down the road on the left, u can't miss it. We have caught a lot of fish there. Good luck
