Looking to buy a 10hp or smaller motor

Hello

I'm looking to buy a motor. I say 10hp or smaller in the headline because that is all I can probably afford. Looking for a good running tiller steer motor. The newer the better, not trying to put down older outboards but I really don't want to invest a lot money in a 70's or 80's model motor. But if the price is right and it runs good I may consider. Also must be able to hear motor run before buying.

Don't want to say exactly how much I have on hand to spend but let me know what ya got and how much ya want for it. I'm located in the Louisville,Ky area and am willing to travel some distance for the right deal.

I have a 15hp 4 stroke Mercury I'm selling but its attached to a 1448 Tracker Grizzly with trailer! I'm asking $2800.
I know your looking for less motor and low cost but I thought I would toss that out there. I'm going to take pics and post it on here soon.

DJ you are right on the money. Their was a 2010 Bass Pro Shops flat bottom 12ft with a 4stroke 5hp on it. I seriously wanted to buy the boat just to get the motor and resell the boat but my wife would poo out a brick if I hauled home another boat.
