Hopefully TVA will be willing to settle out of court. The family of the victim has been through enough already.

that is very sad but if there is any way to go 70 mph in a bass boat would be better than other ways.. I agree TVA will have to pay up on this one and i am would imagine that they would. You would think more safety precautions would be in place for such instances as raising a wire out of the water.
