There is a parking lot there right by the fork. I'm 5'9 and I've waded the creek with waders and I've had it just below my neck. It can drop of quick if you're not paying attention

No need for waders and I've fished there several times. I prefer fishing the park off of echo trail off of seatonville road. It might be called turkey run but I'm not sure. All the way in the back thereis a spot to fish if you go down the 3 or 4 stairs and take a left and head down to the first deep pool after the fast moving water and cast under the tree stump. You will catch some smallies. If you want to fish miles park I would fish up across from the sewer treatment plant. There's a concrete walking path that will take you right to the water. I've never fished it. But rode bikes past it and said "man I wish I had a beetle spin right now". I've gone with a buddy that caught a smallie by the bridge that leads To the back of the park. Hope you can find these spots and if you want to pm me about it feel free to. I've fished the forks all my life and love it! P.S I have most luck with the color silver and white and if you go to echo be ready for a bumpy muddy ride!
