New rules have been adopted by IDNR as per the State Legislature which passed new legislation regarding fishing.

I don't think that we are allowed to catch small fish in a minnow trap anymore unless they are actually minnows. Bummer. All because of these stupid Asian carp. They don't want people catching any fish other than members of the Cyprinidae Family. (minnow family)
