Fishing Report: Another fun day with onemorecast56 on the Ohio river. I swear that man is as bad as having herpes. Just when you think he's gone and it's over, BAM!!, there he shows up again.
The powers that be were releasing a lot of water through the lower dam and we were riding a bucking bronco in my Stratos today. Two foot rollers were rocking us back and forth and up and down.
Doug was kind enough to allow me to catch all the fish today, both of them. First was a nice 27lber and the second was only 10lbs.We were using live shad, 6 to 8 inches on bottom rigs. Both cats were released.
We decided to call it a day right before the thunder storm hit. I was walking up the ramp to retrieve the truck and trailer and a few raindrops were hitting the pavement. Doug had put on his rain jacket but it wasn't really necessary. I did drive into a pretty good downpour on my way home.
The boat was back in the barn at about 7:55 PM and I got every thing squared away. I was eating dinner and then called Knute(The Heathen) to give him the latest river report. That's when I realized that I had left some shad in the now empty of water live-well. Good catch on my part as shad can start stinking pretty fast in the barn!! Having Doug's smell in the boat is bad enough!

Hi, do you have rod holders mounted on rails on your bass boat? If so, which ones, thanks.
Mark, you're a very bad man.
To answer the question, I do not have rod holders mounted on rails. We just sit there and ,ahem, hold our own!!
