Fishbuster Charters' Captain Dave Hanson reported, "Thursday morning, 6/18, I fished the backwaters of southern Estero Bay with father-and-son anglers, Joe and Jonathan Namath. They used live shrimp to catch three sheepshead to 19 inches, a 15-inch black drum, a 22-inch black drum, and a dozen mangrove snapper shorts, which they released, along with an 18-inch redfish.
Steve and Amy Morin and their teenaged sons, Ethan and Nathan, fished southern Estero Bay’s backwaters with me on Saturday, 6/20. They used live shrimp to catch twenty-three mangrove snapper, including three keepers. The seventeen shorts released were just under 10 inches. They also released three sheepshead shorts"
