Guntersville Bass Fishing Report – February 16th 2025
This week on Lake Guntersville, the weather has been challenging, with heavy rainfall and high winds. Tuesday and Tuesday night saw over 4 inches of rain, followed by gusty winds on Wednesday. The current picked up as the lake began to recede, shifting from 594 to 595.30 by Thursday. By Saturday morning, the water level had dropped to 594.70, and today, it’s back to 594.00. My co-angler had a great day and ended up cashing a check, finishing in 23rd place. While I can’t say for sure I would’ve caught the two key fish that helped him, they definitely would’ve gone well with my bag.
