The past week turned out to be a "Roller Coaster" ride on Richland Chambers as we had weather issues such as a twelve inch rainfall on Sunday Night, Flooding in the Area, a Lake that rose a foot and a half overnight, all twenty four Spillway Gates open for several days, and then a Summer time mini heat wave that set in for the latter part of the week! Through it all we managed to fish everyday and send our Customers home with plenty of fish fry material. The fishing did get a little tough in mid week but rebounded nicely as we ended the week on Saturday with lots of action and cleaning over a hundred fish between the two boats!

Our week consisted of fishing with Old Friends, New Customers and a Large Group Trip from Waco. As always in the Summer, many Kiddos are on board catching LOTS of White Bass! The fishing pattern will often change a bit to Top Water Activity as we move into Summer, but for now we're still catching almost all our fish in fifteen to twenty foot water off Points and Ridges. The trusty RSR Slab ( www.rsrlures.com ) and a Jig Teaser above the Slab has been key to our success!



AS WE ENTER JULY, WE STILL HAVE PLENTY OF WEEKDAYS OPEN AND EVEN A SATURDAY OR TWO WITH A BOAT STILL AVAILBLE. We also have one boat open on Saturday, July 2nd and both boats still open on the Monday, July 4th Holiday. Give us a call or email and we'll get you on the calendar.
