Does anyone use a net for stripers/large fish that they couldnt live without?
Lost my (old) but good net this past winter and im looking to get another one... but as always there is no less than 100 different kinds to choose from.

I have a Bulldawg landing net that I bought at the Cave Run Lake pro shop.
It is pretty heavy duty and has a coated net that is supposed to keep the hooks from getting caught up in it.
I'll post a couple of pictures of it below.
I've landed several, nearly-50 inch fish, in it and the net had room to spare.
I like the net and use it all of the time, but it is a little hard to use if I am by myself because it is a little heavy.
Frabill makes a light weight musky landing net and I think it is called the conservation series musky net.
It has a hoop size of 32 x 41. That will probably be the next net that I buy. I would definitely go with the coated net.
I'll 2nd that net....exactly what I use for stripers....mine is 7 years old and still does the job!
